The Personal Touch With A Growing International Reputation

Posted December 7, 2012 | Tags: , ,

flagsEveryday brings new and exciting challenges for physicians and staff working in a Neurosurgeons clinic, but there’s nothing quite like a touch of the “international” to add a little flair to the day.

At Pinnacle Brain & Spine Center we’ve experienced quite a lot of the international flair lately, treating patients from locations as far afield as Saudi Arabia, Canada, Jakarta, Colombia, Mexico City, Greece and even Belgium – and all in just the past 30 days.

Of course it’s not just international patients that come to Pinnacle Brain & Spine Center. In the past year we’ve treated patients from all 50 states, including as far north as Fairbanks Alaska.

When asked why Pinnacle Brain & Spine Center is seeing an increase in the numbers of patients from outside Alabama, Dr. Shawn Clark responded:

“It’s all about caring and the patient experience. When you care enough to make sure that your patients are happy and they have a great experience, then they naturally act as an ambassador for your practice and tell their friends and family.”

“It’s a six degrees of separation kind of thing. We all know people – friends, family, relatives that live abroad and the word spreads. As your reputation grows, so does the geographical diversity of patients. It’s nice to know that people are willing to recommend us, and are willing to make the journey and put their trust in us. Frankly this makes me very proud.”
